Evan has a passion for multifamily development. The son of a homebuilder, Evan grew up to appreciate the hard work and constant communication it... cultivate lasting relationships with both clients and vendors. Those relationships build trust and are the Frameworx for any successful real estate or construction project. He has a knack for seeking value in otherwise underutilized real estate.
He started his infill multifamily development career in 2014. Evan was focused on developing single family for sale homes in an infill neighborhood in north central Phoenix. Evan had his eye on a larger site in the neighborhood which he thought would be a great location for an infill townhouse development. After sketching the proposed site plan and elevations on a napkin one night at the kitchen table, he tweaked it till he knew he could make it work. He successfully acquired, entitled, built, and sold the 10-unit townhouse project in short order.
With that project, his passion for infill development was solidified. Frameworx has carved out a niche in the Build To Rent (BTR) space focusing on projects 10-100 units in size. These projects are too big for the mom-and-pop investors, and too small for the large scale BTR developers. Over the last 10 years, Evan has built an all-star team of development, construction, and real estate professionals that work together to bring these projects from a distant vision on a napkin to reality.
